At Vestfold Marine Cargo Survey AS, we understand that the cost of a marine survey is an important consideration for our clients. While we would like to provide a flat rate, the reality is that each survey is unique and requires a customized approach to determine the cost accurately.

Several factors contribute to the overall cost of a marine survey, including the type of vessel, size, intended use, onboard systems, and construction methods. Location is also a significant factor in determining the cost of a survey.

Additionally, we factor in any potential delays, including idle days when a vessel departs to anchorage or operations are ceased or delayed.

 Our working hours are 10 hours per day, and any time worked beyond that is counted as overtime at a rate of 105€ per hour. If a survey requires travel to locations outside Sandefjord city, additional fees of 0.45€ per KM for driving may apply.

Additional fees, such as road taxes, ferry costs, hotel expenses, etc., may also apply depending on the circumstances.
